How often will my windows be cleaned?
Our schedule runs on 4,6,8 and 12 weekly cleans. We also offer one-off cleans. My personally recommendation is every 6 weeks. However we are happy to work around whatever you prefer.
Can you still clean my windows even if I am out?
The simple answer is yes. If access is a problem, we can send a message in advance, asking you to leave your gate/garage open. We also will make sure any gates/garages are closed when we leave.
Which method is better, traditional or pure water pole system (PWPS)?
Both of these method's have their strength's and provide an excellent level of cleaning on most windows. The only windows where the PWPS is superior in on leaded windows. However it really comes down to customer preference and we are happy to use either.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, bank transfer, or contactless card payment...basically anything but cheques.
